Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and deliver national and regional technical and core-competency learning courses/programs
- Manage nomination process for Global, AP and SEA learning events and core-competency programs
- Prepare effective communication to build awareness, create learner excitement, and increase level of commitment
Technical Learning
- Design framework and develop architecture for learning programs
- Update and align curriculum with business needs and employee personal development needs
- Develop and/or review learning materials, monitor the development process, and design delivery strategies
- Incorporate technology solution, including conducting live webcast and producing pre-made online learning
- Design measurement mechanism to evaluate effectiveness and measure success of learning
Core competency learning
- Organize and deliver national/regional Tax-standalone programs, including campus hire orientation/on-boarding program, milestone breakout sessions, and other ad hoc events.
- Content design and development in close collaboration with learning partners
- Speaker/facilitator identification and communication to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Onsite management and coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resource management/development, business administration, education or related field.
- 6 - 8 years of experience with learning development administration for a professional firm or others mid to large size organization
- Has experience with learning management systems, web supports, and learning technologies
- Excellent command of English writing and speaking skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
