Job Description

Job Description :

  • Assist head of Mobile & Website to set up agile fundamental and create agile culture
  • Recommend and Lead agile practice and framework and good Software Engineering practices for each role
  • Facilitate Agile activities and coordinate activity synchronization between multiple scrum teams (squads) Eg. Organize and facilitate standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives
  • Drive the Development team and Business team in an Agile development process
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
  • Handle and manage high complexity Issues / situations
  • Ensure team members able to estimate effort precisely, encourage them to increase their velocity with better quality and performance
  • Maintaining relevant metrics that help reflect the team’s performance
  • Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation
  • Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum
  • Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions
  • Acting as a project manager when necessary. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Strong Agile practices, self-managed, and continuous improvement environments
  • Experience working with full-stack mobile or web development team
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Open-minded and can-do attitude
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Self-managed, team and result oriented working style

Work Location : Krungsri Ploenchit Office (KSPO), near BTS Ploenchit station
