Scrum master

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scrum master who will work with the Software and Product development team. Looking for an energetic scrum master who can take control and produce an enjoyable environment for all members to flourish and achieve their objectives.

You will be expected to do the following

  • Eradicate any obstacles that may distress your team
  • Collaborate closely with the Product development team and ensure motivations levels are high
  • Ensuring that the Product Owner has clarity on arranging the product backlog to yield maximized value
  • Coach and act as a mentor to team members who are facing difficulties and help provide them with an efficient solution
Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum master or Software management role
  • Demonstrated experience of Agile development
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mentality
  • Degree in Computer engineering or similar field
