Responsibilities
- Equip new sales consultants by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance
- Equip existing sales consultants by conducting up to date sales training aligned to latest sales training curriculum
- Conduct regular product training to equip staff with latest product information
- Determine training needs of sales consultants through observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; dialoguing with sales managers
- Deliver theoretical & role play trainings
- Conduct reviews & analyse training audits findings
- Conduct product demonstration during New Owner Workshop sessions
- Travelling is required when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Male or Female age 30-35
- At least 3-5 years of automotive sales experience
- At least 2 years of automotive sales training experience
- Proven track record in automotive sales
- Strong motivational skills
- English Proficiency: Minimum with TOEIC score of 550
- Advantage: Certificate in training and assessment preferred
