• Issue price quotation
• Receive P/O from customer and reply acknowledgment of receiving
• Create Master information into Mcframe(customer, supplier ,product)
• Record of Sales Order (excel)
• Record of Sales Order (Mcframe)
• Manage order information (excel)
• Manage order information (Mcframe)
• Issue purchasing order sheet to supplier(Mcframe)
• Do record of purchasing (excel)
• Do record of purchasing (Mcframe : arriving entry)
• Manage data of import shipment (Excel data updating)
• Issue Delivery Order to Transport Service Provider (Mcframe)
• Arrange document of invoice and billing
• Arrange messenger to deliver/picking up document
• Information Service to customer about delivery date
• Cooperate with Accounting Department when receive invoice from Supplier 
• Fix, correct Mcframe issue once problem occur
• Monthly Inventory closing , update inventory balance (Mcframe)
• Monthly check Logistic expense(Transport, Warehouse) and pass to accounting**
• Monthly check expense of using Pantavanij purchasing system(CP group)
• Document request by Customer
• Issue every 2 weeks and monthly Report of Sale QTY/Amount to Management team
• Issue stock Report to Management team and accounting department
• Outgoing/Visit for EMS sample clearance (Driver as assistance)
• Arrange dispatching of business doc , samples to Oversea colleague
• Arrange Oversea import shipment  by cooperating with shipping agent
• Apply approval , permission with Government or Thai authority for matter of Halal , FDA , Hazardous goods, Foreigner trade affair, agriculture
• Apply FDA number
• Sample analysis with 3rd party Lab

Qualifiacations:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related if have direct sales support experience.
• Male / Female age 22-35 years
• Must have experience in Sales coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Administration or purchasing at lease 1 years.
• Good command in English Communication skill
• Good command in MS OFFICE
• If have experience in Flavor Business is special considering.
