OBJECTIVE:
To support and assist our Intermediary and Direct sales channel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
You will ideally be working within an Insurance or Financial services environment and must have previous administration experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supporting the Business Development Managers and Sales Support Administrator
- Dealing with broker & client queries on a day to day basis – via email and on the phone
- Dealing with all paperwork associated with a sale or with a broker/individual client
- Collating all paperwork, filing the paperwork, preparing a welcome package for all new clients
- On boarding new clients
- Help build relationships with brokers and individual clients
- To keep a record of all quotes issued to use for future planning
- Complete all documentation and administration in line with local requirements, and business systems and processes
- To assist in the production of individual & corporate quotations
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills over the phone, via email and face to face
- Planning & organisation skills
- Ability to build relationships remotely with a disciplined, methodical & consistent approach
- Positive attitude, excellent communicator and target orientated
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
