Job Description

• Communicating and coordinating with sales team and customers for inquiries helpful information and response to customer enquirer.
• Providing appropriate solutions and follow up customer queries in a timely manner.
• Handling customer PO process, acknowledging purchase orders, and preparing export documents.
• Arranging shipment and logistics including preparation packing lists, custom invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Being tasked primarily with managing and maintaining key customer accounts, by maintaining strong and lasting relationships with customers, and ensuring customer needs and expectations are met.

Qualification

• Has a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• At least 7 years experience in sales or related fields.
• Experienced in Export sales in automotive.
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication in English.
• Good communication skills and good coordination.
