Job Description

Area of Responsibilities
  • Sell, recommend and present product’s information and other product lines within responsible areas together with medical representatives by visiting clients based on schedule. Follow up sales result, auction and e-auction in order to achieve sales volume and sales target as planned
  • Acknowledge client’s feedback on product’s satisfaction; solve the problems; provide after-sales service for individual in order to build confidence and satisfaction to the customers as well as establish a good relationship between a company and clients
  • Collect data and seek possibilities to enhance the market and a company’s business. Gather and analyze both sales data and client’s feedback for
  • Sales Manager and Product Manager to use as information for providing promotional activities, expanding the market and reaching more to customer’s needs
  • Record sales and customer’s data into SMMS program. Generate reports through SMMS for relevant departments to access to sales and customer database for the use of creating sales and marketing plan as well as monitor actual sales expenses and budget
  • Manage budget and other sales costs such as samples, gimmicks, and promotional materials in order to ensure that all sales expenses are aligned with the budget
  • Generate a summary report of sales volume for monthly, quarterly and yearly to a supervisor’s consideration. Participate in a meeting with relevant departments such as Marketing department, Regulatory Affairs department and Finance and Accounting department in order to coordinate and receive products and goods information
  • Liaise with Service Engineer to solve product’s problems within the area of responsibility as well as provide after-sales service in order to serve and successfully reach customer’s satisfaction
  • Education: Bachelor of Nursing, Medical Technologyand Health Science
  • Experience:  At least 1 year experience in Sales
  • Understand tender process
  • Computer literacy
