Sales Specialist – Clinical Laboratory

Job Scope :

  • Strategy – Implementation of Company strategy through specific territory plans
  • Sales Revenues/Budgets: Meet/Exceed sales targets. Increasing sales by actively selling to end users
  • Supporting other specialists and representatives and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues
  • Planning/Forecasting: To be accountable for their business for planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts
  • Business/Markets: Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references
  • Customer focus: Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and references
  • Communication: Organize of meetings/communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in science; Molecular Biology, Medical Technology, Life Science, Biology and etc.
  • 2-3 Years sales experience. Proven sales record and achievements
  • Self-driven, motivated and good grooming skills
  • Experience and ability to develop and implement the sales strategy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Thai proficiency
  • Good English proficiency is required (to attend overseas training)
