Job Description and Responsibilities

1. Account planning to identify high potential sales
2. Generate new sales from the account portfolio to achieve the weekly target
3. Deliver an unsurpassed sales experience.
4. Understands the customer, market forces, and competition
5. Responsible for building, maintaining, and executing against a joint territory plan with the segments (consumer/personal purchase, and SMB account and services), and engaging the appropriate stakeholders for review and input to these plans
6. Follow-up on post-sales, order related topics raised by customers
7. Form databases and drive sales by developing a sales funnel and nurturing relationships through inbound chat and voice
8. Qualify sales based on BANT & manage pipe ops from early to late-stage to won closed
9. Actively promote campaigns, and offers consumer/personal purchase, and SMB account to end customers
10. Continuously seek to increase the Average Order Value (AOV) by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
11. Recording customer and Opportunity Information into Microsoft Dynamic
12. Perform order entry and related activities into tools
13. Weekly forecasting on commit & judge, with pipe ops to support
14. Share knowledge with colleagues through direct communication with team management or by updating knowledge sharing tools
15. Proactively research problems and solutions and share this information with the team including revenue, customer and market analysis 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2. Male/Female not over 30 years old
3. At least 1 year of experience as Food Sales or Experience in selling products to channels.
4. Have strong relationships with clients andgreat communication and interpersonal skills
5. Loves to engage in face to face presentations
6. Knowledge or experience in food would be a big plus
7. Pleasant personality
8. Self-motivated, energetic and fast learner
9. Able to work individual with all level
10. Good command of English or Chinese in speaking and listening skill
