In this position, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Sales plans and strategies in Thailand. You will produce all the documentary support and sales tools with the aim of driving sales and growth out of your customers.

Description

• Plan and execute training, events, and activities to increase productivity of independent sales representatives

• Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop promotions and communication pieces designed to enhance sales and enrolment growth

• Prepare and manage an effective training program to provide ample information on Product use and business development

• Prepare and give regular stage presentations

• Work with overseas counterpart to align and develop best practices

• Work with the management team to prepare an annual sales and events budget

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business plus 3 years of related professional sales experiences

• Direct MLM industry experiences

• Ability to establish professional relationship with leaders and distributors

• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team player, independent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
