Job Description and Responsibilities

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, Planning for sale strategy to ensure that sales team can reach the company goal.
- Meeting and have the ability to turn a lead prospect into a potential customer and close sale
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Maintain and keep tracking site after-sale until the project is done

Job Requirements

- 3-5 Years' Experience in Sales with Real estate Background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presenting product and service information to qualified customers
- Experience with construction sale is strongly preferred
