We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities to achieve sales objectives. Our ideal Sales Manager
has in-depth knowledge of an experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance
sales force.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan and analyze trends and results that expands customer base to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the
day and monitor progress regularly
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue projections and expense controls
- Ensuring targets are delivered through performance review, reward and individual recognition of sales professionals
- Managing, coaching and motivating the sales team to improve their skills, ensure they achieve a high professional standard and help them achieve their monthly
sales goals
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting of sales performance for executives
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or another closely related field
- 10 or more years of relevant FMCG , hygiene or packaging product experience
- Good knowledge and understand all sales functions especially in Traditional Trade will be advantage.
