Job Purpose:

              After Sales Service Manager is responsible in taking care after sale service and after renewal insurance policy. This position has to manage good relationship with insurers and corporate customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Holding of License of Life & Non-Life & Re- Insurance Broking
• Key account management.
• Cross selling / upgrade the benefits for existing customers to achieve sales target.
• Joining orientation session as customer request.
• Provide presentation for voluntary group as customer request
• Correspondence with the insurers in case of the customers have any queries or request more information.
• Provide the claim analysis and negotiate with the insurance companies for renewal policy comparison.
• Taking care Hotline for GL&H customers
• Pick up and deliver all document from insurance company to the customers as weekly service.

Education and/or Working Experience Required:

• Male/Female, Age between 40-50 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• Experience in Corporate health & life insurance broker for 5 - 7 years.
• Excellent command of English. 
• Good in Computer literacy especially in Excel and Power Point.
