    An exciting Sales Manager (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at a leading international electronics company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to Business Unit Manager, this is a role for an outstanding Sales Manager who thrives on challenging opportunity.

    About the Sales Manager Role:

    This is a great opportunity for the Sales Manager to develop, implement, and manage all aspects of automotive industries activities.

    The salary ranges from THB70k - THB90k per month + Provident Fund + Allowances + Attractive Bonus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up WFIJ Equipment & consumable (Ink & Media) strategy & business plan to align with company direction and goal
    • Set up sales territory, customers, channels and drive sales both across Thailand to achieve the short term and midterm plan
    • Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
    • Manage relevant reporting for management
    • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
    • Support marketing activities and integrate sales efforts with other organised marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions
    • Monitoring and report on market and competitor activities and product relevant graphic system and printing market with analysis and reports for management
    • Motivate team of business development team thought performance coaching, skills improvement of career planning
    • Improve productivity by highlight efficiency and recommendation change in tools, training, process and reporting
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, solutions package and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling propositions and differentiators
    • Develop strong relationship with business development team to achieve sales agreement and objective including negotiating and closing project.
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
    • Market research, competitors activities and analysis including report to management

    To succeed in this Sales Manager role, you must have the ability to lead and unite effectively and possess a keen understanding of printing operations in electronics industry.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree, Master Degree are preferred
    • Experience in WFIJ or Digital Printing more than three years or related field
    • Demonstrated leadership and be achievement oriented
    • Customer oriented with experience in negotiation and problem solving as well as motivation and leading a sales team
    • Able to work as a team and handle senior and junior subordinates and gain their trust
    • Must be customer sales oriented, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
    • Good command of written and spoken English is essential
    • Proactive, well-organised, has can-do attitude, results driven
    • Professional, confident and resilient personality with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
    • Having leadership and people management skills and able to work as a team and handle senior and junior subordinates and gain their trust
    • Own transportation with a valid driving license and be able to travel either to upcountry or abroad when required
