The Sale Manager will be based in Bangkok region and will report directly to Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for maximizing the quantity of sales in Thailand, ensuring our clients’ overall business operations are optimized both in warehouse occupancy and also additional ‘value added’ logistics services. This will involve taking a hands on role in motivating, leading and supporting an existing team of talented business development staff, ensuring the team achieves targets.
1) Responsible for the sales to driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity.
2) Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects and LSA management (create contract proposal in proper solutions for business)
3) To drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department and to achieve revenue target.
4) Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFQ responses
