ROLE PURPOSE

Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, market penetration, and other sales activities within the assigned area to achieve short and long-term targeted sales volume, profitability and market share for PETRONAS lubricant products.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Secure customers’ order by maintaining good rapport and scheduling customer visit itineraries both for existing and potential customers.
• Develop strong business relationships with distributors and generate new sales opportunities and distribute leads to generate maximize activity  
• Deliver effective sales presentations and persuade potential customers to become PETRONAS active customers.
• Monitor lubricants market within own trading area and forecast sales volume.
• Provide advice to customers on effective use of promotion to maximize sales achievement.
• Undertake immediate interventions to resolve issues and liaise with related person to solve problems pertaining to lubricant sales.
• Monitor payment due to minimize company financial risks.
• Consider and propose supporting equipment for qualified customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Thai Nationality Only
• University degree in Business Management/Chemical Engineering or Science will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience, preferably in the Lubricants Sales/ Distributor Management or any related field
• Mature and able to work well under high pressure
• Good analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship building.
• Ability to understand about the mechanic and lubricant.
• Able to work in assigned upcountry area.
