Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for consumer Electrical and Electronics related products
  • Responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned KPIs (e.g. customer base growth, revenue and profitability targets, etc) of assigned portfolio or scope
  • Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
  • Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
  • Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum a Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Science/Business/Management with proven track record in sales
  • Candidates with the following an advantage:
    • Knowledge in Global Retail/e-Commerce
    • Knowledge in IoT Cybersecurity
    • Knowledge in Consumer technology
    • Knowledge in Home appliances
    • Engagement with regulatory agencies in ASEAN
  • Outstanding sales and/or business development track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
  • Strong clarity of thoughts with the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to navigate and strive in complex, challenging and high tempo environment
  • Exemplary stakeholder’s management skills and ability to build network and communities
  • Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets
  • Strong technical and English communication skills
