Position:                   Sales Engineer (product : Weighing machine)

Business Nature:     Trading  Company

Monthly Salary:        THB 30,000 - 40,000 + other allowance

Working Location:    Bangplee, Samutprakarn

Working Hours:        Mon-Fri / 08:30 - 17:30

Job Description:

• Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• To seek new target customers and perform product presentation.
• Develop new customers while maintaining existing ones.
• Plan, manage and control sales schedule to achieve sales target.
• Develop good customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction are met.
• Visiting to mainly existing Local customers in Thailand and also in other ASEAN countries
• To be coordinator between company and customer follow sales plan.
• To be representative of company to support customer requests. (Quality, Delivery, Cost and New Project)
• To plan and solve a problem or complain from customer.
• Demonstrate the products to customers
• Ability to develop year plan and action plan to achieve year plan
• To summarize the customer requirement in order to discuss with other Division
• Ensure that the job operation can be support customer’s satisfaction.
• Other duties assigned by Manager.

Qualifications& Competencies:

• Male/female, age 30-35 years old.  
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and marketing or engineering or related field
• 3 - 5 year’s experience with Food industrial  or industrial manufacturing 
• Good coordinate skills, communication skills, strong presentation and service mind, strategic thinking, planning and problem solving skills.
• Well understanding for Japanese business culture.
• Able to take care Japan Sales from Head Office and visit customer together
• Positive attitude at work with a smile and good team player is a must.
• Able to work under pressure and handle complaint properly.
• Able to travel up country
• Able to communicate in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• To be coordinator and take care of Japanese Sales and visit customer together
• Able to write programs, AutoCAD and SolidWorks will be an advantage
