Job Description

  • Present company's products in the defined markets (i.e. construction, demolition).
  • Identify new prospects to key customers.
  • Pre-sale and post-sale for construction customers.
  • Build a good relationship with customers.
  • Analyze and evaluate competitors' products.
  • Coordinate with dealers.
  • Provide training on how to use company's products for customers. 


  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing or related position.
  • Having experience in selling products that require technical knowledge in mechanics will be an advantage.
  • Having good communication skills, good personality and service mind.
  • Able to travel to meet customers in upcountry areas and having a driving license with an own car.
  • Able to work in the construction site.
  • Good command of English and good computer skills in MS office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Having a connection with construction companies will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work hard and enthusiastic.

Okada Aiyon was founded with the launch of OKADA Rock Drill Co. in 1938 by Tatsuo Okada (pen name was Haku-Un) next to the current National Bunraku Theater. However, after that, as the war intensified, the business closed due to war damage. Eventually, Japan was defeated and after the war was a dark period called the black market era. Amid such confusion, in the latter half of 1945 our company started doing business with nothing more than a bag. We used to travel on bicycles around not only Osaka City but also the Amagasaki and Sakai areas. 

In 2017, Nansei Machine Co. Ltd., Nansei Wintech Co.,Ltd., and Akatsuki Kikou Co., Ltd. became group companies; as a result, our product lineup is significantly expanded and now includes forestry machines, scrap iron machines, and other equipment.

In the 21st century, our country, society and economy are facing a need for full-scale structural reform.
Our industry is no exception. While environmental regulations, recycling legislation and other restrictions have been tightened and competition has intensified, customer needs are also increasingly diversified.
