รายละเอียดหน้าที่งาน

• ปิดการขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• จัดทำแผนการขาย แผนการเข้าพบลูกค้า และ รายการผลการเข้าพบลูกค้า
• ดูแลลูกค้า และเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งทางการขายให้มากที่สุด
• แก้ปํญหาให้ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ และ สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้ลูกค้า
• ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกการตลาด แผนก Service แผนก Supply chain สำหรับกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ Material Handling และผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
• วิเคราะห์และเก็บข้อมูลทางการตลาดและคู่แข่ง
• หาโอกาสใหม่ ลูกค้าใหม่ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ จากสถานการณ์การตลาดปัจจุบัน
• ดูแลรักษากลุ่มลูกค้าเดิมและลูกค้าหลัก เพิ่มส่วนแบ่งทางการขาย อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• รายงานการขายและยอดขายในพื้นที่ต่อผู้จัดการแผนก และ Forecast ยอดขายทุกเดือน

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป  สาขา วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, บริหาร,การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ชาย / หญิง อายุ  28 - 40 ปี  
• ประสบการณ์ทำงาน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีทักษะด้านการให้คำปรึกษาทีมงานขายในทุกด้านที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในสินค้าที่และวิธีการนำเสนอสินค้าต่อลูกค้าได้ดี สามารถเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
• สามารถสื่อสาร บริหารจัดการลูกค้า และ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี เพื่อให้ได้ตามผลลัพธ์ตามที่วางแผน
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร แก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี และมีใจรักบริการ
