Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Sourcing, opening and closing accounts to develop business through all suitable avenues
  • To build up the Traditional Trade market segment (Hypermarket / Supermarket).
  • Developing and maintaining key retail relationships to ensure sustainable business growth
  • Achieve targets and Monitoring account performance in relation to the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
  • Maintaining and servicing (store visits, phone, email) all existing Items specialty accounts within your defined territory
  • Ensuring retail marketing and image of your brands are maintained within all accounts
  • Monitoring market conditions and latest trends, competitors activities and report to Superior
  • Collaborating with shared service functions to maximize profitability and minimize waste

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Key Account management with sales channels in Thailand.
  • Minimum 5 Years work experiences in Key Account Executive of FMCG market (Must have experience in Hypermarket account)
  • Proven presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, passion, fighting spirit result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office, especially Ms. Excel would be advantage
  • Good command in English and communication skills
