Job Description 

Managing and leading the sales team to continuously improve performance. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s  expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.  

● Achieve sales targets for the year by achieving maximum distribution across multiple                        

channels 

● Formulate and execute yearly sales and marketing plans for major customers and                        

different channels 

● Manage / coach and lead the sales team to continuously improve performance

● Continuously focus on brand growth and development with continued success of                      

building the brand in Thailand 

● Ensure the delivery of country sales and marketing strategy and ensure all country                          

members understand and work towards this strategy 

● Work closely with other heads of business including operations, Finance, HR, and Etc.                          

to ensure optimum business growth 

● Drive the marketing team and work closely with them to ensure strong sales for the                              

product range

Requirements: 

● 5 years’+ experience in managing or leading sales team to achieve sales target or                         relevant role 

● Prefer candidates from Digital marketing company or  Advertising, Media, Agency, Publisher background 

● Fast learner and passion for sales, goal-oriented, leadership skills and pro-active

● Native Thai speaker and good command in English
