Scope of Duties:

• Coordinate and support with Sales for all rate related matters.
• Check rate with the carrier, shipping broker, transport company and offer rate to customer
• Can offer rate to customer and overseas agents’ under “Incoterm”
• Seek new customer and  to cooperate with new overseas agents.
• Handle overseas agents’ inquiries.
• Secure new business for all freight forwarding matters.
• Establish long term relationship with overseas agents.
• Prepare quotation, contracts according to established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with all internal parties, agents, and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Continuously evaluate the service process in order to ensure agents satisfaction.
• Coordinate and work with overseas agents to response and resolve dissatisfaction or complaints.
• Provide any necessary documents for overseas agents.
• Perform other related duties of a similar type and at a similar level as requested.
• Provide as what customer requested

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistic & Supply Chain or related fields.
• Male / Female and age between 25- 35 years.
• 2-5 years of experience in related field.
• Good knowledge of English and computer skill.
• Positive interpersonal skills and good attitude.
