Our client is well known Japanese Trading Company with long history in Thailand. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their team and operation.

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location:  BTS area

Working day: Mon - Fri

Type of job: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Supporting tasks of sales department (forecast, Quotation, Import-Export documents, Tax Invoice, documents support)
• Coordinate all detail for overseas customers/suppliers, delivery matter
• Issue PO/PR and manage inventory management
• Others ad-hoc as assignment

Qualification Requirements:

• Thai nationality only
• Female, not over 30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
• At least 2 years working experienced as Sales Coordinator, import-export with Trading company is advantage
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing, TOEIC 800 up is preferred
• Good Command in MS Offices & Internet
• Proactive, Enthusiastic, Self – confident, Logical thinking
• Willing to learn with multi-tasking skills
