Our respected client is seeking a professional with over 10 years of business development and sales experience for the job of Sale and Marketing Director to take care of commercial activities for packaging market. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Director will develop market and sales opportunity from target customers in F&B and FMCG B2B manufacturing industry. It is required to acquiring new accounts and maintain/acquire and strengthen the established relations with global and local accounts with focus on increase revenue as well as customer’s satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new customer leads and develop new business, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales revenue targets
  • Develop new product and service (Market search for new product that create synergy for our group of business)
  • Present business and services overview to prospect customers
  • Develop specific sales opportunities and plans to enable appropriate sales approaches & proposals
  • Co-operate and facilitate both internal and external parties to complete the development cycle
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plan by implementing marketing and sales strategies
  • Establishes sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume and profit for new products
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans and Develop high performing Sales Teams
  • Completed sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team; following up on work results
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network.
  • Manage & retain establish relationships as well as developing new accounts
  • Establishing pricing, negotiating contracts, and providing sales & technical support to customers.
  • Analyzing market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities, formulating target market, monitor activity and developing and implementing appropriate response strategies.
  • Preparing plans, administering budgets in accordance with company strategies and target.
Job Requirements

  • A degree in business-related field.  Master’s or advance degree desired but not essential.
  • Sales and key account management experience with successful background in B-to-B sales with an experience of selling to FMCG (including food & beverage).
  • Experience in field sales, customer marketing, and/or category management in addition to knowledge of working with key or strategic accounts.
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and positive thinking with problem solving and ability to handle pressure
  • Responsible discrete and diplomatic in any situations
  • Dedicated, trustworthy, flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas
  • Highly motivated, committed; enthusiastic and self-driven to deliver exceptional results
  • Able to quickly establish trust and develop quality relationships
  • Engaging interpersonal, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good command in English both spoken and written
