Responsibilities:
Responsible for individual target and achieving company goals.
Build& support sales team to achieve target group.
Monthly reports for customer visit and sales team report
Follow up on sales leads, approach new potential clients
Develop and maintain positive relationship with customer and business partners (carrier, agents)
Fast respond to customer’s problems and complaints to maximize customer’s satisfaction Welfare
Respond, coordinate and fulfill customer’s requirements. Efficiently work closely with internal operation teams and customers/suppliers
to ensure the company delivers services that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or other related fields.
Minimum 2 years on sales experience in Air & Sea freight forwarding; experience with handling key accounts
clients.
Hard-work and good sales communication & negotiation skills with carrier
Problem-solving skill and be able to help customer and sales junior in any case.
