Responsibilities:

• Answers phone calls from customer and deal with problems
• Taking care of both existing agents/customers and maintain a good relationship.
• Provide quotation, enquiry rate from oversea agents and local clients
• Coordinate and follow up with operation
• Other tasks as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Male/Female Thai nationality
• Age 26-35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, International Business or related fields.
• At least of 3 years of working experience in Sales Support in Logistics industry (Air/Sea Freight, Shipping Service) is preferred
• Knowledge about Logistics, Warehouse / Import – Export Sales / Sale and Marketing will be advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills, agility, result orientation and problem solving.
• Good command of written and spoken in English language
• Dynamic and proactive person, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Flexible, dedicated, and driven with positive attitude and able to work in fast-pace environment
