Responsibilities:
· Work closely with local Commercial management to ensure proper Account Management and Development of existing Key Accounts within the Category
· Manage the regional relationship with Client’s Regional teams to develop regional Business opportunities and ensure proper regional Account governance
· Monitor and act upon Regional Category P&L and Working Capital
· Screen and control Local & Regional Commercial deals to ensure their compliance with Group guidelines
· Own regional sales channel strategy for the Category and manage regional relationships with Category Head of leading Ecommerce marketplaces (eg. Lazada, Shopee)
· Design Regional Solutions for new Clients, to enable Sales in multiple Ecommerce channels, as well as new Commerce models (eg. B2B, B2E)
· Coach local teams in all aspects of Category management
Qualifications:
· Qualified to degree level in Business or a related subject.
· 2+ years of working experience within an international e-commerce or FMCG organization with broad exposure to commercial and/or account management scopes
· Previous experience in Ecommerce is a strong plus
· Very strong commercial and relationship management abilities
· Good command of English is essential for both written & spoken
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude
· Drive to reach challenging online sales target
