Job Description


  • Able to manage handle on-ground sale activity team and other relate activity to recruit new partners offline.
  • Act as Project Manager for Marketing and event project.
  • Develop a marketing event concept, plan, and budget.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Be the center point of contact to handle issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems for the event.
  • Ensure a timeline, costs, and resources are properly scoped and tracked.
  • Manage Event Logistics – Before during and end of the event, you must oversee logistics, this includes transportation, lodging, and venue preparation.
  • Initiate and track marketing event projects according to the marketing strategy and provide project updates to all stakeholders through daily action items lists and weekly meetings.
  • Analyze event performance and working with Marketing Department to prepare the presentation.
  • Propose ideas to improve services and quality of the event.
  • Ability to oversee the project independently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years' work experience in marketing – possess professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience working to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with storytelling skills.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Growth-Mindset; you are not expected to master everything on day one, but to have a strong. desire and the open-minded to learn and improve every day.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and pro-active environment.
