General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation and maintenance Business Support System (BSS) and Operations Support System (OSS) system in the telecom network (Radio and Core Network domain)
- Handle software fault troubleshooting, system performance monitoring, trouble ticket handling, system preventive maintenance
Candidate Requirement:
- Only Thai nationality
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering and Science disciplines including Telecommunication, Computer, ICT, Electronics, etc.
- Had sound knowledge in Operations Support Systems (OSS) & Business Support Systems (BSS) application and software development and deployment including technical support experiences
- Hand on experience in UNIX (HP, IBM, Sun) both in OS and Hardware level including Windows based platform
- Basic knowledge and practical experience on RDBMS such as Informix, Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server 6.0 Database and basic SQL command
- Basic knowledge in telecommunication principle (CS, PS, IMS domain) and Data Communication/ Networking over TCP/IP protocol
- Experiences in Data Analysis Management and big data platform would be advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English
