Our client is an international real estate company. To support their business, they are looking for Retails Leasing Manager/Senior Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Clarifying prospective tenants (new to the market, new concepts and flagship concept) and analyzing tenant business plans.
Leading the retail team on securing tenancy and negotiation/marketing skills.
Overseeing and defining marketing and negotiation strategies to achieve rental budget and ensure all expenditures are within the pre-opening budget.
Collaborating with Asset Development teams, Administrative and Legal department to ensure branding consistency.
Qualifications:
Age between 35-45 years old.
8-10 years of experience in the retail leasing business is a must.
