Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the consultant in identifying, contacting, and qualifying relevant candidates for search assignments
• Searching and analyzing resumes/applicants to match the client's requirement by using online and offline recruitment channel including the cold-call/head-hunting method
• Meeting and appointment arranging between candidate and client
• Candidate reference checking, health & medical and criminal checking
• Filing, keying-in resumes, and other related documents.
• Performance reporting and record tracking for permanent and temporary recruitment activities
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Director    

 Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any fields  (fresh-graduate are welcome)
• Good analytical, presentation, and soft skills including English conversation
• Ability to write clearly and concisely and be able to work to tight deadlines
• Proactive, self-starter, enthusiastic personality
• Positive and pleasant attitude with the ability to work independently
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and a very good team player
• Have telesales background is advantage
