Job Description

The  team is responsible for steering and improving the overall Customer experience on Lazada. The main KPI of the team is the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Our objective is to ensure that customers have a flawless and effortless shopping experience on Our scope includes Onsite experience, product development, commercial and operations. We base our process improvement projects on data analysis, hence, the analyst role is critical for the team.

Role and responsibilities;

  • You will be owning the design, production and delivery of KPIs for the CX team
  • You will be connecting with the Business Intelligence team and Data Science teams to provide more insights on the interpretation of the data
  • You will be generating communication supports to management on KPIs (Weekly C-level powerpoint decks)
  • You will be conducting your own analysis to generate knowledge for the team’s management to support and help decision making 

Job Qualifications  

  • Ability to develop reports which provide the right insights
  • Ability to generate forecasts
  • Ability to communicate in an international environment
  • Ability to code in MySQL, python
  • Advanced statistic knowledge 

Minimum qualifications 

  • Bachelor degree in Data science, Computer science, Business administration
  • Experience in Data mining for at least 2 years
  • Expert user of the MS office suite (especially for Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Advanced user of MySQL, Statistics software
