The role of the R&D Operations Manager is to protect, maintain & optimize a complex portfolio of wellness or relief products on a global scale. This role is responsible for managing
a team to deliver a varied set of projects and maintenance activities aligned with the relevant business, regulatory and supply strategies. In addition, the manager is responsible for defining functional best practice and implementing strategy for relevant
areas of responsibility in alignment with cross functional stakeholders.
