Qualifications ;

• Male or Female, Age 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Product Development or other related fields.
• At least 5 years in food industry, and direct experience in snack and dried fruit will be appreciated.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good analytical skill, problem solving and working with team.
• Computer proficient; MS office.

Duties and responsibilities;

• Creative new product and conduct sensory evaluation to ensure to meet customer needs and business model.
• Control all of new products compliance with food safety, regulation and consumer requirement.
• Develop technical skills and leadership capabilities of development team.
• Work with other departments to establish a design, technology and product development.
• Monitoring the quality control system. According to GMP, HACCP, BRC and quality assurance standard.
• Doing other projects as assigned.
