  • Set Vision, Mission and Goal of the department in accordance with the direction or Vision,
  • Mission, Goal and KPI of organization.
  • Adjusted the policy of managing director, assistant managing director and general manager to the policy of the department.
  • Manage and responsible for research and product development work. And supervise work processes within the department to be able to work with maximum efficiency.
  • Receive demand of all new products of the company from internal customers (Management and Sales department) and external customers. By having to find information on the needs of customers as much as possible. (Both domestic and international customers)
  • Design and selection of processes and packaging and determine the necessary and most suitable machinery equipment for the production of new products. To be able to produce products according to customer needs and the production department can operate easily and at the lowest cost.
  • Make a plan to confirm the production process. That the production process or the method used is the most appropriate and correct process in terms of product quality, cost of production, capacity and food safety, especially in the field of microbes (Food Safety), which, if considered inappropriate need to find a way to improve or change.
  • Provide efficient technical support and advice to both internal and external customers as well as team members. To have good knowledge and understanding of the products and production processes.
  • Push and follow up on work from subordinates regularly. So that the work can achieve the goals that set.
  • Summary of budget for research and product development to assess the efficiency of operations.
  • Other work as assigned by the supervisor.

Applicant Qualifications

  • Male / Female
  • 40 years old and older
  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree or master's degree in innovation and product development technology, food technology field or related fields.
  • Experience 10 years or more in the field of research and product development management in the food industry.
  • Leadership and creative. They are responsible and have a code of conduct in keeping the company confidential.
  • If you have experience in product research and development, Freeze Dry and Spray Dry products will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English, read, speak and write at a good level.
