Job Description :

• To prepare the detail of the property, including all relevant information, for proposal to potential tenants.
• To arrange and coordinate with the owner and the tenants for property inspection based on tenant’s requirement
• To negotiate on rental, tenant’s requirements, lease agreement, term and conditions to be accepted by both parties.
• To coordinate with the property owner and the tenant to arrange the signature of lease agreement and sitting payment
• To arrange property handover before move in and move out to check defects and damages in the property
• To achieve sale target and expand new prospect and business opportunities
• To coach junior to reach sale target and meet their KPI.

Qualification :

• 1-3 years experienced Resales - Leasing
• experienced in real estate duties is an advantage
• Good command of English or other
• Bachelor degree graduated
