Scope: Reliability Engineer is a key role in our organization as we provide technical engineering services to Thailand Quarries and Cement Industries. Reliability Engineer supports 13 regions in Thailand providing field service coordination and management with our Field Engineers and directly with Quarry Owners. Uawithya Solutions Capabilities which are managed by Reliability Team

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Planning and manage technical service support for all machinery in responsibility area.
• Analyzing and planning spare parts, Wear Parts and Logistic Management.
• Technical Service Contact Center.
• Field Service Coordination.
• Service Contract Management.
• Warranty and Claims Management.
• Planning and managing service schedule Optimization.
• Turnkey Installation Management
• Work Shop Repair & Maintenance Service Management.
• Technical Training Service Coordination.
• Trouble Shooting & Technical Analysis Report.
• Project Management.

Qualifications:

• Thai National, age minimum 28 years old up.
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as technical engineer service or field service coordination and management.
• Good command of communication in English skill both written and spoken.
• Able to write English Technical Report.
• Excellent Organizational skill
• Good computer and presentation skill
• Able to work for 6 days per week form Monday to Saturday (8:00 -17:00)
• Able to travel upcountry
