Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for expanding loan of company’s SME size
• Develop good relationships and provide financial solution to the both current and new customers
• Monitor growth of business volume and enhance customer profitability
• Analyze financial structure and risk management of the business performance for approval the loan

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economic or Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experiences in banking and relationship management
• Strong knowledge about financial services and products, Banking Systems and Rules and Regulations.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 41
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Male must be exempt from military service

• Strong people management, leadership and result oriented 
• Good analytical thinking, strategic planning, diligent and attentional to detail
• Influence management, ability to thrive in an independent work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, presentation skills
