Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and execute activities necessary for product registration and ensure product compliance with mandatory regulations and standards
  • Participate in the project teams of new product developments to provide regulatory expertise.
  • Perform products validation to ensure technical & regulatory compliance & with mandatory regulations & standards within the timely manner.
  • Assist to manage & handle local regulatory problems along with recommending good strategies/options within the timely manner.
  • Advise to Technical, SCM, Marketing and IMS team on product and advertisement regulation and other regulatory concern topics.
  • Be able to act as a Nestle representative by network, cooperate with external agencies (such as Thai food industries and academia) and participate in external activities, in the areas of foods, nutrition and sciences.
  •  Establish and maintain good contact and favorably engagement with local regulatory authorities.

Requirements and Qualifications 

You, as successful applicant will:

  • Bachelor degree in Science and Technology (Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition or other science related field)
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the food industry.
  • In depth regulatory knowledge and understand key differences in food legislation of key markets.
  • Good English & Thai communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to details & the ability to multitasking.
  • Work well under pressure independently and as a team.
