Job Description

Position: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Based: Bangkok

Our client is one of the international leaders in fertilizer and animal vaccine manufacturers and importing companies. They are now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
  • Handle all license & product registration submissions, renewals, amendments, and fee payment within the strict deadlines and maintain good ethical relationships with authorities with appropriate process.
  • Maintain good record and documentation pertaining to registration, license, Customs Department reports, samples testing process, analysis result, etc.
  • Coordinate with oversea colleagues for relevant regulatory issues such as documentation for registration, get samples for analysis, inter-lab testing, etc.
  • Comply and maintain regulatory documentation database.
  • Comply and keep up to date with the changes in all laws related to the company in Thailand.
  • Coordinate with internal/external parties concerns to outline requirement as well as preparation for artwork and label following regulations.
  • Develop/handle/maintain the best practice of relevant processes/procedures and provide necessary advice to colleagues in regards to regulations.
  • Filing all documents related to Regulatory Affairs.
  • Communicate with the Front Office team once the new artwork changed.
  • Write and/or update the standard procedures or work instructions in regards to the regulatory work. Communicate the regulatory changes to concern parties.
  • Coordinate with customs broker and Department of Agriculture (Laem Chabang) to submit overlanded Qty of each shipment.
  • Coordinate with concerned parties to perform/ control and monitoring product release of every shipment.


  • Thai Nationality only
  • Male/Female 30-55 years old
  • Bachelor of Science in a related field to Regulatory.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in regulatory affairs and product registration with the Department of Agriculture is required.
  • Fair to Good command of English in business communication level.
  • Profound knowledge in product registration work with the government officials, and strong ability to manage the filing and database.
  • Good negotiation and communication skill is required.
  • Well-organized, multi-tasking, details-oriented, independent, and able to work well with the deadline in a highly professional manner.
  • Computer literate for MS Office and internet use
