Our growing company is seeking to hire a 'Regional Sales Manager' base in Chiang Mai who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.

You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the internal department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your sales people.

Responsibilities

• Sales of all Classifieds products in Chiang Mai and surrounding regions;
• Managing Team Leads to deliver on the sales targets for Auto & Property Sales in Classifieds;
• Manage Sales Operations teams to support clients
• Support Sales Director for managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets and team targets with the Sales Director.
• Drive, Monitor and Tracking sales goals, sales activities and sales performance and reporting results as necessary.
• Coordinating with the internal Department on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:

• 10 years sales experience
• Stay in Chiang Mai or able to relocate there
• Energetic and passionate about sales
• Good English skills given the Seniority of the position
• Driven personality to achieve results
• Good communicator and ability to manage teams across multiple products.
• Have own car and driving license is a must required
• Experience in planning, managing and implementing a sales team.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and presentation.
• An energetic, mature, accountable, self – driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skill.
