Job Summary:

Responsible to manage, facilitate and coordinate the recruiting process in all sites of AFT and to be enhance employer branding of Amcor Flexibles Thailand.

Job Description: 

1. Planning, organizing, coordinating, operating and developing the recruitment process.
2. Responsible to advise follow up and finalize personal requisition form.
3. Design the vacancy job advertising both Internal & external and public with printed media and online media.
4. Screening candidate CV, first interviewing and testing candidate.
5. Coordinate with candidate, hiring manager, N+2 manager and make the interview appointment, follow-up results.
6. Coordinate with HRM manager to draft the offer and submit to HR Director for approval.
7. Offering candidate, negotiation and starting date appointment.
8. Making the employment contact for HR Director and candidate sign-off.
9. Rest new hire ticket to IT for provide hardware, software, email, IT system access for new comer.
10. To inform GA section, HRM department to provide office, stationary, uniform and other welfare.
11. Inform T&D department to provide Day1 orientation, on-boarding, OJT for new comer.
12. Provide the new comer welcome announcement to HR Director sign-off and announce via email.
13. Responsible to exit interviewing, recording and reporting to manager.
14. Making weekly report & monthly report for recruitment progress & results.
15. To contact, coordinate and make relationship with campus regarding to campus recruitment, internship and job fair.
16. To develop and enhance employer brand through communication and activities.
17. Responsible to other tasks related to supporting the HR team.

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in HRM, HRD, Social Science, Industrial Psychology or related field.
2. Good knowledge and understanding in general HR functional competencies.
3. 3-5 years experienced in recruitment and roles within industrial business.
4. Fluent in English and Thai. 
5. Good human relations. 
6. Good time management and able to work with multi-tasks and pressure of limited timeline.
7. Competency required Nose for Talent, Interpersonal Savvy, Motivation Others
