Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing recruitment team to fill our clients opening positions in variety skills in both mass and general. Able to create new candidate attraction channels to attract qualify candidate to deliver result to client in timely manner with high quality. improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of business unit's operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of clients.

Job Description

  • Lead our recruitment team to deliver our client general and mass recruitment.
  • Manage client recruitment requirement and plan in high quality result.
  • Handle all recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks & timely placing candidates.
  • Develop sourcing and recruiting channels and tools.
  • Monitor weekly/monthly with recruitment team on targeted filled rate. 


  • Minimum 5 years experience in Mass Recruitment. (Experience in related function from recruitment agencies or executive search would be advantage)
  • Highly team oriented with strong team building skills.
  • Strong leadership skill with proven people and project leadership skills essential
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage large accounts preferred
  • Excellence in English communication skills both speaking & writing.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving skill.
  • Self-motivated, proactive person with “Can do” attitude.
