Job Description


  • Provide administrative support to the clients, throughout the recruitment and job advertising process and using the recruitment platform
  • Coordinate all recruitment functions in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures
  • Coordinate screening and interviewing of eligible candidates
  • Use systems to maintain and update all HR documents in relation to recruitment and onboarding
  • Other tasks as directed by the Director of Human Resources, within skills and competencies
  • Ensuring systems are up to date and information is accurate
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or other related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online searching
  • Good command in English
  • Positive thinking and work adjustment relationship with team
