NES Fircroft Thailand is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to operate with independence whilst maintaining the spirit of teamwork and collaboration with colleagues to deliver the best people to our range of clients. Ideally you should have minimum 1-year experience in an agency environment and have working relationships with technical clients in Thailand.

In Thailand we work across a number of industry sector in the Oil and Gas (Upstream & Downstream), Petrochemical, Power and Energy and Engineering, providing contract and permanent solutions for our clients.

Recruitment Consultant

Fulfilling their financial targets and KPI’s on a monthly basis should be second nature to a Recruitment Consultant and at NES Fircroft a Recruitment Consultant is also expected to demonstrate their leadership, business acumen, determination and professionalism as follows:

• Source and acquire new clients using various available channels.
• Utilise advanced techniques to source best active candidates.
• Take a job brief and ensure all details are completed.
• Source job vacancy that suit to candidates’ skills and experiences.
• Ensure shortlisted candidates are briefed for the interview.
• Maintain regular communication with the clients and candidates to manage expectations from both parties.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that the standard terms and conditions are met.
