Job Descriptions:
1. Understand recruitment needs from business units and identify potential candidates.
2. Develop the assessment tool and interpret result.
3. Proactively lead the interview and co-interview with Line Managers and recommend the right candidates.
4. Analyze recruiting activity and recommend an appropriate sourcing methodology.
5. Foresee the recruitment trend and prepare contingency plan.
Specifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field.
2. 3-5 years’ experience in professional recruitment.
3. Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
4. Work well under pressure situation with matured characteristics.
