Job description and responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate interviews, resume submitting, reference checking and offer negotiations & screening, interviewing and on boarding
- Responsible for the paper required regarding candidate offering, hiring process, new staff on-boarding that is ready and complied with the guideline.
- Ensure the standard of recruiting and selection process is implemented as guideline and quality required.
- Maintain a weekly commercial headcount report to ensure centers are fully staffed.
- Partnering with Center Director to put in place joint strategies to retain commercial staff - including designing, managing and executing the retention program.
- Take forefront role in Branding programs and events in order to build long-term relationship with recruitment network.
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in Recruitment – Prefer Recruitment Agency industry
- Have some recruitment experience eg. Sourcing, Interviewing, Mass Recruitment Management, Employer Branding Project.
- Strong in sourcing skill.
- Able to work independently and guide and mentor the team to perform a full life-cycle of recruitment function.
- Good communication both Thai and English
