Title: Quantity Surveyor Director
Quantity Surveyor Manager
Salary: Director: up to THB 170K stretchable
Manager: up to THB 80K
Location : BTS Chidlom
Working Time: Monday - Friday; 8.30 - 17.30
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 1 project at a time
• Control cost in consult budget and construction budget
• Oversight 3rd party QS
• BOQ checking
• Prepare budgets and present project costs
• Prepare documents and contracts
• Store and maintain supplier and contractor history to be a database for valuation
• Analyze technical construction drawings
• Attend a meeting with a consultant about the costs and disbursements of the project
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Age: 30 - 45 years old
- At least 5 years of general construction in Estimation / Cost Control or any related field.
- Background in residential projects / 5-star hotel / High rise building
- Experienced in compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
- Able to work with foreign consultant
